货物上架业务认知 The Cognition of the Shelving Operation

货物上架是入库作业的最后一个环节,由上架组员对收货组员的工作做二次的清点与复核,校验收货误差并最终上架至正确的库位,完成收货入库作业。上架组员需要熟练操作堆高车、手动托盘搬运车等设备,按照规范要领进行货物上架实际操作,上架组保证在收货当天完成上架作业。

货物上架操作的精细程度直接关系到货物的安全、人员安全以及发货效率等,是仓库管理的重要环节之一,因此,仓库货物上架操作需要严格按照规定流程、设备操作标准和作业安全标准进行。在进行上架操作前,需要仔细检查货物包装是否完好,规格尺寸是否匹配,尤其是在上架至高位货架时,需要注意不要碰撞到其他货物,并保证货物在上架过程中平稳,以免损坏或造成安全事故。

Goods shelving is the last link of the warehousing operation, and it is done by the shelving team members. The shelving team members make a second inventory and review of the work of the receiving team members, check the acceptance error and finally put on the shelves to the correct inventory location to complete the receipt of warehousing operation. The shelving team members need to be proficient in operating stackers, manual pallet trucks and other equipment, and carry out the actual operation of goods on the shelves in accordance with the specifications, and the shelving group ensures that the shelving operations are completed on the day of receipt.

The fineness of the goods on the shelves is directly related to the safety of the goods, the safety of personnel and the efficiency of delivery, etc., and is one of the important links of warehouse management. Before the shelving operation, it is necessary to carefully check whether the packaging of the goods is in good condition and whether the specifications and sizes match, especially when the goods are put on the high shelves, it is necessary to pay attention not to collide with other goods, and ensure that the goods are stable in the process of putting them on the shelves, so as not to damage or cause safety accidents.

作业交接

(1)收货组员收货完毕,通知上架组员准备上架。

(2)上架组员与收货组员确认待上架货物及其在收货暂存区的位置,完成交接。

整箱上架

任务领取

①上架组员在RF终端上领取任务:

RF终端【WMS】系统操作步骤:在首页点击进入【LPN上架】(图1.4.2)。

② 整箱上架时需选择【按LPN上架】(即将此LPN对应的货物,上架至同一库位)(图1.4.3)。

③ 上架组员在【LPN】处扫描托盘货物上的LPN标签,获取LPN条码上的货品信息(图1.4.4、图1.4.5)。

FCL Shelving

Task requisition

① The shelving team member receives the task on the RF terminal:

RF terminal [WMS] system operation steps: click on the Home to enter [LPN Listing] (Figure 1.4.2).

② When the FCL is put on the shelf, you need to select [put on the shelf by LPN] (that is, the goods corresponding to this LPN will be put on the shelves to the same inventory location) (Figure 1.4.3).

③ The shelving team members scan the LPN label on the palletized goods at [LPN] to obtain the product information on the LPN barcode (Figure 1.4.4, Figure 1.4.5).

作业开始

①上架组员根据【WMS】系统的货品信息,复核实物数量,确保两者一致(图1.4.6)。

②上架组员根据【WMS】系统自动推荐的可上架库位,将货物转移到该目标库位处(图1.4.6)。

③到达目标库位后,上架组员开始实物上架。

Start of Operation

① According to the product information of the [WMS] system, the shelving team members review the physical quantity to ensure that the two are consistent (Figure 1.4.6).

② The shelving team member transfers the goods to the target inventory location according to the shelf location automatically recommended by the [WMS] system (Figure 1.4.6).

③ After arriving at the target storage location, the shelving team members begin to put the physical goods on the shelves.

作业完成

上架完成后,在【LPN上架】界面中【库位】处,扫描目标库位条码,系统提示【上架成功】,即上架作业完成,重复以上操作,直至整箱入库作业全部完成(图1.4.7、图1.4.8)。

任务领用

① 退货入库多为散件商品,上架组员在系统首页点击进入【LPN上架】后,应选择【按SKU上架】(图1.4.9、图1.4.10)。

② 在【LPN】处扫描托盘货物上的LPN标签,系统识别货品信息并推荐对应库位(图1.4.11、图1.4.12)。

Bulk Goods Shelving

Task requisition

① Most of the returned warehousing are bulk goods, and the shelving team members should select [List by SKU] after clicking on the Home of the system to enter [LPN Shelving] (Figure 1.4.9, Figure 1.4.10).

② Scan the LPN label on the palletized goods at [LPN], and the system identifies the goods information and recommends the corresponding inventory location (Figure 1.4.11, Figure 1.4.12).

③ 上架组员用叉车将散件商品转移至目标库位处后,在【货物】处扫描货物条码,系统提示该SKU待上架数量和待上架库位(图1.4.13、图1.4.14)。

④ 清点实物数量,并在EA处输入散件数量,扫描库位条码,系统提示【上架成功】(图1.4.15)。

⑤ 继续上架剩余货品,直至全部完成,系统提示【上架成功】此时,该订单的散件入库作业全部完成(图1.4.16)。

⑤ Continue to put the remaining goods on the shelves until all are completed, and the system prompts [Successful Shelving]. At this time, the storage operation of the parts of the bulk goods is completed (Figure 1.4.16).

作业跟踪

上架组长在当天上架作业完成后,进行上架单据状态检查。

① 在电脑端【WMS】系统中选择【LPN上架确认2.0】菜单;

② 查看当天所有单据的【状态】,如【状态】全部为【完全上架】,表示当天上架作业全部完成(图1.4.17、图1.4.18)。

Operation tracking

After the completion of the shelving operation on the same day, the shelf team leader will check the status of the shelf documents.

① Select the [LPN Listing Confirmation 2.0] menu in the [WMS] system on the computer;

② Check the [Status] of all documents on the same day, if [Status] is all [Completely Available], it means that all the shelf operations on the same day have been completed (Figure 1.4.17, Figure 1.4.18).

入库作业状态检查。

上架组长每天收货上架结束后,在电脑端检查单据状态。

① 在电脑端【WMS】系统中选择【预计到货通知】菜单(图1.4.19)。

② 在弹窗的创建时间处选择【三天内】,点击确认。在查询结果中查看【收货状态】和【上架状态】(图1.4.20)。

③ 直至预计到货通知单的状态均为 【完全收货】且【完全上架】,并将其余状态的单据执行信息反馈或关单操作后,当天入库作业即已完成(图1.4.21)。

Check the status of the warehousing operation

After receiving the goods on the shelves every day, the team leader checks the status of the documents on the computer.

① Select the [Estimated Arrival Notification] menu in the [WMS] system on the computer (Figure 1.4.19).

② Select [Within 3 Days] in the creation time of the pop-up window, and click Confirm. Check the Receipt Status and Shelving Status in the query results (Figure 1.4.20).

③ Until the status of the expected arrival notice is [fully received] and [fully shelf], and the remaining documents are fed back or closed, the warehousing operation will be completed on the same day (Figure 1.4.21).

【WMS】系统收货并上架完成后,收货数据自动同步至货主ERP,保证WMS和ERP入库数据一致。

百世物流作业规定

一、货品上架作业规定

1.上架组员首先确认托盘上的货品码放整齐后,再开始上架作业。

2.置地库位整托码放时,托盘不能超出地面库位线。

3.上架完成后,应将LPN标签从货物上取下,保持货物外观整洁。

4.通过高位叉车上架到高位货架时,操作人员进入高位货架区时,上架组员必须头戴安全帽,并确保易碎品、外箱光滑、高价值货物必须使用缠绕膜,并缠绕3层确保封紧。

二、整箱上架作业规范

1.进入高位货架区时,上架组员必须头戴安全帽。

2.作业过程中人员、设备、设施之间不能发生碰撞。

3.上架组员首先确认托盘上的货品码放整齐后,再开始上架作业。

4.货叉进叉时要充分,保证托盘行进过程的平稳。

5.载货搬运、上架作业时注意货物不能掉落。

6.在叉取和退出托盘凹槽的过程中货叉不能与托盘剐蹭。

7.叉车行进中不能起降货叉。

8.叉车停放时需降下货叉并制动。

Ⅰ Regulations on the operation of goods on the shelves

1.The shelving team members first confirm that the goods on the pallet are stacked neatly before starting the shelving operation.

2.When the whole pallet is stacked in the storage location, the pallet cannot exceed the ground storage line.

3.After the shelving is completed, the LPN label should be removed from the goods to keep the appearance of the goods neat and tidy.

3.The shelving team members first confirm that the goods on the pallet are stacked neatly before starting the shelf operation.

4.When the fork is fed into the fork, it should be sufficient to ensure the smooth movement of the pallet.

5.Pay attention to the fact that the goods cannot be dropped when carrying goods and putting them on the shelf.

6.In the process of fork picking and exiting the pallet groove, the fork can not rub against the pallet.

7.Do not lift or lower forks when traveling.

8.When the forklift is parked, the fork needs to be lowered and braked.
